When you were younger and playing sports, if you ever received a minor injury your coach may have told you to “walk it off.” Today’s article discusses a study about how you may be able to literally walk off your joint pain. Here’s a quote from the article, “in their study published in the journal Arthritis Care & Research, they found that for every 1000 steps a person takes he or she can reduce knee pain and physical limitation by about 18%.
